1. Return & Refund Policy

At L. Watches, we want you to feel fully confident in your purchase.

Window: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, manual, and warranty card included.
  • Custom, engraved, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to request a return:

  1. Email with your order number.
  2. Our team will send instructions and the return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item (up to 3 business days), your refund will be processed.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defective item or our shipping error, where L. Watches covers the cost.

Defective items: If your watch arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free exchange or full refund, with no shipping cost to you.
